The Drive-Through Strawberry Stand

by John Farrier

Atlas Obscura introduces us to a unique drive-through restaurant in the Netherlands. It began when Jan and Birgitte van den Elzen built up a successful strawberry greenhouse facility in the town of Uden. They looked for innovative ways to sell their fruit, including vending machines. Those vending machines are still present, but during peak strawberry season, which is from March to September, visitors to the Aardeien Drive-In can also purchase strawberry foods at the drive-through window.

These dishes include strawberry waffles, chocolate-dipped strawberries, strawberry shakes, strawberry smoothies, strawberry jam, and strawberries with whipped cream. Who's up for a yummy roadtrip to the Netherlands?

Chased Overseas by Cats

by Miss Cellania

The headline doesn't seem to make a bit of sense, but it's real. The syndicated story survives in more detail in the December 16. 1916 issue of the Nevada newspaper Elko Independent. A British man named Wilberforce Wiggins explained why he was in New York.

As the story goes, Wiggins was late for a lunch meeting with friends. To explain his tardiness, he spun a tale out of whole cloth. He said he was busy fulfilling an order from officials in India who were looking for 2,000 Manx cats to import in order to control snakes, and that they were paying $25 each for the cats.

Wiggins thought it was a hilarious tale, but the men he was dining with took it seriously, and each snuck off to make phone calls to connections on the Isle of Man (where Manx cats come from) to arrange fulfillment of Wiggins' mission. After all, $25 a cat was a lot of money in 1916.

Afterward, Wiggins was inundated by shipments of cats from the Isle of Man -and elsewhere, as the story got around quickly. There were also children carrying cats to his house, demanding their $25. His aunt even lost her beloved Angora cat when she walked away with one of the cats who escaped a cage at the dock. So Wiggins did the only thing he could do to escape the mess he caused, and fled to the United States to hide until the excitement died down.

Is there any truth to the story? Wilberforce Wiggins already proved himself to be a teller of tale tales with his luncheon story, so that's quite doubtful. But it's plausible that he actually said all this to a newspaper reporter in New York. -via Undine

Decentralization of Governance Conducive to Stability: Habsburg

by Ella Kietlinska, Jan Jekielek
When a country’s local government on the lowest level is very strong, and each higher level of governance has less and less power, with the central government being very weak, the country is best suited to become stable and successful, said Eduard Habsburg. Although monarchy and constitutional republic are diametrically different systems of governance, the United States and the former Austro-Hungarian Empire were both employing the same principle of subsidiarity, Habsburg, a member of the house of Habsburg-Lorraine, the former ruling family of Austria-Hungary, explained. Habsburg told Epoch TV’s “American Thought Leaders” program in an interview that, in his view, it was subsidiarity that played a key role in the success of both countries....

California Overtime Law Threatens Use of Grazing Goats to Prevent Wildfires

by The Associated Press
WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif.—Hundreds of goats munch on long blades of yellow grass on a hillside next to a sprawling townhouse complex. They were hired to clear vegetation that could fuel wildfires as temperatures rise this summer. These voracious herbivores are in high demand to devour weeds and shrubs that have proliferated across California after a drought-busting winter of heavy rain and snow. “It’s a huge fuel source. If it was left untamed, it can grow very high. And then when the summer dries everything out, it’s perfect fuel for a fire,” said Jason Poupolo, parks superintendent for the city of West Sacramento, where goats grazed on a recent afternoon....

The Day Tapes: Final Tape for the Final Solution

by Sage Hana

The fourth and final installment of the Day Tapes does a remarkable job of summarizing many of the key points. This may be the most accessible one for the normies who can’t fathom the notion of *“12-people in a room” determining the fate of the Planet.

*“12-people in a room” is a reference to a purported history buff who whilst vanquished to a tent at the behest of his own family after testing positive for COVID maintained that there was no giant mass formation or coordinated conspiracy with COVID and it was probably just local Public Health Dolts Botching Shit in a few politically blue zip codes causing all the commotion because people were not wearing masks at a campgrounds that he visited and also at a baseball game that he saw on TV. 😅

I tend to remember things such as this.

(related: “The stickers! the stickers! The planes didn’t have stickers! Aggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Me mad! Me have elite education! Me offended with this line of questioning!”)

😹👍 Stay on the case. Oh the places you will go.

There is no transcript provided on this one, and I did briefly consider taking a few days and creating one. (Anyone who wishes to do so, feel free, and leave it here in the comments, and I will update in another post, this one is already way long.)

The first three Richard Day Tapes are linked here. These all have transcripts and a few key thoughts and insights from moi.

The dominant concern and motivational driver of all of these campaigns of propaganda and social engineering as relayed by Richard Day in 1969 was that “even an 8th grader” could do the math and sort out that Human Population would spiral out of control and overwhelm the planet unless it was managed.

Guess who gets to do the managing?

The Day Tapes recall the prescient warnings of Richard Day from 1969, (1, 2, 3) and explain the concept of the Ostensible Reason vs. the Real Reason which provide the methods by which all of the various strategies of herd culling social engineering would be employed.

Welp. They sure as shit employed them.

And the predictions and plans are laid out in chilling, stunning, accurate detail.

Listening and reading is like listening to a Ghost explain your life.

Here is Tape Four, and then I will then offer some closing thoughts and spicy analysis.

Also, if you prefer to have all of this in one four hour, fourteen minute compilation, here is an audio file.

The audio file can be downloaded here as well.

Again, the best way to process this all into the brain for my money is to listen to the tapes and read along.

Thoughts and Observations

Long before I had heard the Day Tapes, there were dots that I was connecting as to how an Ostensible Reason was employed to effect Evil in this latest audacious Operation.

I termed this The Root Lie very early on.

This occurred to me immediately. As soon as it was clear that the injections were not stopping infection and transmission, and the “public health good” (Ostensible Reason) campaign continued unabated and required demonizing and censoring those who raised their hands and asked the most obvious questions…Evil was happening.

Way back in 1969, “everything was in place.”

“Everything” almost certainly referred to the internet, which they knew would be coming soon.

The timetable was supposed to be the turn of the century, 2000, give or take, says Dunegan in this fourth tape.

The Rockefellers all the Way Down know what they are doing.

They knew what they were doing.

They patiently keep grinding to this very day.

Also computer records can be kept on whatever it was you purchased so that if you were purchasing too much of any particular item and some official wanted to know what you were doing with your money they could go back and review your purchases and determine what you were buying.

SURVEILLANCE, IMPLANTS, AND TELEVISIONS THAT WATCH YOU

THE ARRIVAL OF THE TOTALITARIAN GLOBAL SYSTEM

Rockefellers All the Way Down

This is a shibboleth to refer to the Global Power Structures, (GPS).

Yes this goes beyond the Rockefellers. It’s a mnemonic. It’s a play on Turtles All the Way Down and a sly nod to Kirsch who goes so far and then locks up the wheels.

Here are a few of my follow up attempts to tie the prescient warnings from 1969 into our modern day and detail how the Ostensible Reason is seductive and creates True Believer Middle Managers.

“People don’t ask the right questions.”

1, 2, 4.

Trading Places

Finally, one more Cloud Brain type interesting aside.

About eight months ago, I wrote a post on the flick Trading Places. I was trying to get inside the mind of what it must be like to run the world and manipulate chess pieces as a game of sorts.

What a giant troll that must be. Like a game. Always depending on lies and co-opting even the brightest of the bright with simple carrots and sticks.

One of the producers of that flick, Aaron Russo, confirms several elements of the grand designs in this interview with Alex Jones.

Russo was friendly with one of the Rockefellers and resisted their attempts to welcome them into the club.

That this interview is now allowed on YouTube indicates to me that there is no need to censor this stuff so aggressively and much like the Koncentration Kamp Ops in Aussie and Kanadian Konvoy Reax in Kanada…suggests that the GPS are extremely confident and have no fall back plan. This is end game.

“Normal is not coming back.”

Lawrence Dunegan, our narrator of the Day Tapes, mentions in this latest tape that he had heard many of the Day Plans and had dismissed them as *conspiracy theory. Again, this was 1969! This stuff was already out there.

*Conspiracy Theory is a thought terminating cliche.

He was Red Pilled by listening to the insider, Richard Day.

To this very day we have Klaus Schwab and Yuval Harari telling you straight up with no pretense exactly what the richest people who own the World intend to do.

Believe them.

I hope you enjoyed this series and at the very least take the time to listen or read at least one of these tapes.

It’s all there.

How to Grill the Perfect Wood-Fired Surf and Turf

by Daniel Hale

When I was growing up, I knew it was a special night if we were eating steak for dinner. And it was a real treat if we were eating lobster for dinner. I love the idea of bringing them together for classic surf and turf. A traditional surf and turf dinner is seafood and red meat, but select your favorite seafood and protein that previously walked on two legs, four legs, or flew in the sky.

Living in New England, there are many options for surf and turf, but lobster might the most popular. The surf component could be scallops, shrimp or prawns, or salmon. The filet mignon is traditional for turf, but I’m not afraid to swap it out for a strip steak or ribeye steak, or even ribs. Your choices for surf and turf are only limited by your imagination.

I recently received Crowd Cow’s Premium Surf and Turf box that contained two eight-ounce filet mignons from Creekstone Farms and two eight-ounce lobster tails from Ready Brothers Seafood. The lobster tails were wild caught off the coast of Maine and flash frozen to retain high protein levels and consistent flavor, year-round. The lobster tails from Ready Brothers are ideal for grilling and broiling. The filet mignon steaks from Creekstone Farms are USDA Prime, natural black angus, hand cut, and twenty-eight day wet-aged for premium flavor and tenderness.

Surf and Turf from Crowd Cow

Wood-Fired Surf and Turf

Here is how my surf and turf came together: I started by filling a chimney starter full of wood chunks to create a wood fire. Cooking steak and lobster over a wood fire adds a great smoky aroma. Once the wood was gray and hot, I spread out the wood chunks and made a two-zone fire. The two-zone fire gives me a safe zone so my food doesn’t burn if there are any flare-ups.

I seasoned the steaks simply with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. To prepare the lobsters, I cut down the back of the lobster tail, pulled the meat out, and rested it on top of the shell.

Lobster Tails

I oiled the grate to prevent the steak and the lobster from sticking. I cooked the steaks over the wood fire for two and half minutes and then gave each steak a quarter turn and cooked for an additional two and half minutes. I flipped the steaks and repeated the process. Once the steaks reached an internal temperature of 135 degrees, I moved the steaks to a wire rack over a sheet pan to rest.

Steak on the Grill

Before I placed the lobsters over the wood fire, I basted the lobster meat with melted butter. I placed the lobster tails meat side down and cooked for two minutes. I flipped the lobster tails shell side down to finish cooking the lobster tail. The shell helps to keep the lobster tail meat from burning and sticking to the grill. While the lobster tails were meat side up, I basted them with more melted butter. The lobster tails cooked meat side up for an additional three to four minutes.

Lobster on the Grill

The Results

The filets were tender and juicy as I expected from a filet. I enjoyed the crusty exterior created by the seasoning and the high heat of the wood fire. The wood fire created a flavor and crust you just can’t get on a gas grill. The seared outside and succulent inside created a contrast of textures. The steaks had a great beefy flavor.

Surf and Turf

The lobster was buttery, tender, and had a smoky aroma from the wood fire. By starting with the lobster tails meat side down, they developed crispy edges that balance the luscious lobster meat. To balance the richness of the lobster tail, I finished the lobster tails with the juice of a grilled lemon. Just like the filets, the lobster had another level of flavor due to the wood fire. The butter baste and the squeeze of grilled lemon complemented the wood grilled lobster tails. To complement the filets and the lobster tails and balance the richness of the surf and turf, I served a fennel, red onion, and apple slaw with a lemon-champagne vinegar vinaigrette dressing. The fennel pairs well with the lobster. The texture of the slaw balances the tender filets and lobster tails. The lemon-champagne dressing adds freshness to the whole meal.

If you are looking to create the ideal surf and turf dinner this summer, Crowd Cow has got you covered.
